We received quick notice of orders that we were being transferred to Atlanta.

After interviewing four agents(three too many), we decided to call on Ashley to sell our home in Country Club / Chalet Woods Subdivision in Centreville. Ashley’s pricing suggestion and marketing got us over $35,000 more than the past identical model that had sold merley three months earlier.

We did not know Ashley prior to contacting him, but we quickly entrusted him with everything. We headed to Atlanta immediately upon signing the listing papers. We relied on Ashley to sell the house, take care of lining up the necessary contractors for our home inspection issues and we even gave him “power of attorney” to sign our closing papers so that we did not have to make a special trip to back to Virginia just to close on the sale. Ashley went above and beyond the duties of service. He even packaged and mailed a personal belonging that we had left behind in the house.
