Loudoun County Real Estate Agency, Linton Hall, Realtors, is pleased to announce the launch of a new home buying program designed to help interested parties identify homes that are in need of fixing or handyman services. The Fixer Uppers and Handyman Special Program will allow people who can recognize a diamond in the rough and have the ability to fix the property but will also be able to secure it at a discount.

The program is based on the Linton Hall, Realtors, House Hunter Service which uses an automated system to seek out and report on the best priced properties in the northern Virginia area. By using technology, the service is able to run constantly, always searching for the best new deals on the market.

“This program gives participants a way to get priority access to the hottest northern Virginia and Loudoun County real estate listings,” said Ashley Leigh, owner of Linton Hall, Realtors. “Getting there first is often half the battle. Our service identifies the best deals before other buyers even know about them,” he continued.

The program is designed to search all new real estate listings every 24-hour period. Once the system has done its job, a real estate professional examines the report to identify any stand out properties. This “Hot List” is then provided to program participants.
