The 200 homes in Bridlewood Manor are located 1.6 miles from Route 29 on Linton Hall Road in Gainesville, VA.

The Community Association has a 5-member volunteer Board of Directors, elected by homeowners. Daily management is performed by Sequoia Management Company, your primary contact for information about Bridlewood.

Our neighborhood includes a clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool, 2 tot-lot play areas, and many friendly faces.

Bridlewood Manor Schools – Gainesville, VA

Elementary School – Piney Branch ELementary: Piney Branch was named a Prince William County School of Excellence for 2012. A School of Excellence must be fully accredited by the state, meet Virginia academic Annual Measurable Objectives, and achieve an overall score of 90 out of 100 points on PWCS Strategic Plan-based measures. Strategic Plan measures include student achievement, climate, and student health. Selection is based on performance in the 2011-12 school year. The School of Excellence distinction is the highest recognition awarded to a school by the Prince William County School Board.

Middle School – Gainesville Elementary: Gainesville Middle School, will provide a safe, structured, engaging environment in order to encourage student growth, responsibility and achievement. Courtesy and respect are integral parts of our learning community, and are expected from each member. We highly encourage the active participation of all students, educators, staff, and parents to ensure the success of all.

High School – Patriot High School: Patriot High School is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, facility located in scenic western Prince William County, Virginia. Patriot, which just opened in 2011, is Prince William County’s 11th high school and currently serves approximately 2260 students in grades nine through twelve. Patriot was designed by Moseley Architects who garnered a Gold Design Award from the Virginia School Board Association for excellence in design. The building and the surrounding campus were designed specifically to promote academic success, with bright classrooms, beautiful courtyards, and access to the latest 21st century technology.

Bridlewood Manor Demographics

Gainesville is currently the third-largest CDP in Prince William County. As of the 2010 census[2], there were 11,481 people, 3,959 households, and roughly 3,100 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,150.2 people per square mile (174.1/km²). There were 10,300 housing units at an average density of 189.6/sq mi (73.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 100.77% White, 6.80% African American, 0.23% Native American, 1.37% Asian, 0.05% Pacific Islander, 1.53% from other races, and 1.26% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.77% of the population.

There were 10,300 households out of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.2% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.1% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.55 and the average family size was 2.91.

In the CDP the population was spread out with 24.4% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 36.7% from 25 to 44, 23.6% from 45 to 64, and 9.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 97.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.8 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $76,300, and the median income for a family was $82,627. Males had a median income of $46,934 versus $40,385 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $35,196. About 1.9% of families and 2.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.7% of those under age 18 and 0.6% of those age 65 or over.
