We were busting at the seams. Our house was becoming increasingly day by day too small for our growing family. A neighbor referred us to Ashley. At first we hesitated, we thought we were too early in the process to be speaking with a real estate professional. After all, we were not planning on moving for another seven months or so. We were not sure where we were moving to but we knew we needed an agent that not only had local experience in our Centreville community selling homes, but an agent that possessed the new construction and resale knowledge of Prince William County and Loudoun County.
