Broad Run Oaks is a lovely neighborhood in Gainesville, Virginia. The well established community has easy nearby access to great schools, shopping and plenty of recreational amenities. Broad Run Oaks is one of the many neighborhoods just off Linton Hall Road. This is a very desireable location as new shopping is being built to open in Fall/Winter 2013 and Route 66 provides a straight drive into Washington DC.
Broad Run Oaks was developed beginning in 2000 in a joint effort between Richmond American and Ryland Homes. The neighborhood is adjacent to Virginia Oaks, which makes the golf course right next door.
